CUSTOMER CARE

ORDER & SHIPPING

  • We accept orders and ship within the United States. We do not accept international orders or ship internationally.

​

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75. There is a flat $7.99 shipping rate on all orders $74.99 and under.

​

  • FREE DELIVERY & PICK UP SERVICES (select at checkout)

    • Delivery available in Broussard & Youngsville​, LA

    • Pick Up available in New Iberia @ 902 Jefferson Terrace Suite A, New Iberia, LA 70560

  • Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.​​​

​

  • We process and ship all orders Monday-Friday. We do not process and ship orders on the weekends and on holidays.

​

  • Most orders are processed and shipped out in 1-2 business days.

​

  • Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order has been shipped, you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package.

​

  • If you notice your address is incorrect when you receive your confirmation email, please email us at kerringtonclaireboutique@gmail.com immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your order. Please include your first and last name, order number, and what changes need to be made in your email.

​

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “unclaimed” or “returned to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the carrier, we will notify you by email. You will be responsible to pay to have the item(s) reshipped to you, which will include the “return to sender” fee and a re-shipping fee. The original shipping will not be refunded. This amount must be paid before items are re-shipped to the customer’s correct shipping address. You have 7 days after we send email to respond to us and make payment before your return goes to online store credit minus “the return to sender” fee.

  • We are not liable for USPS Mail packages that are lost or stolen.

​

REFUNDS

  • We do not offer refunds on purchases. All purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

​

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

​​

  • All returns are for exchange or store credit only (issued in the form of a virtual/electronic gift card).

​

  • Item(s) returned must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we cannot offer an exchange or store credit for returns. You will be responsible for shipping cost to return item(s) back to you.

​

  • All item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received it: unworn/unused, unwashed, stain free. It must also be in the original packaging.

​

  • We reserve the right to refuse a returned item that was reported as damaged if the items show any sign of wear.

​

  • The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: ​

    • Items purchased with a discount or on sale.

    • All jewelry and hair accessories.

    • Swimwear.

​

  • Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 1-3 business days.

​

  • A return for store credit equals the full purchase price minus the original shipping fee.

​

  • Please contact us immediately before returning item(s) for exchanges so we can make sure we have the product you are exchanging for. Due to limited quantity of inventory, we cannot guarantee we will have the item you are exchanging in stock. Please include your order number and phone number in case we need to contact you for assistance.

  • In the event we cannot fulfill your exchange, a store credit will be issued in the amount of the full purchase price minus the original shipping fee.

DAMAGE & DEFECTED ITEMS

  • If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, please report damages prior to wearing the item within 3 days of receiving your order; or it will not be accepted.

​

  • Please contact us immediately at kerringtonclaireboutique@gmail.com and provide us with pictures of the damage/defected area of the item. Please include your first and last name and order number.

​

  • We reserve the right to refuse a returned item that was reported as damaged if the items show any sign of wear.
